SCOPE

As big data continues to grow in volume, velocity, and variety, traditional static models are proving insufficient to meet the demands of modern applications. This special session focuses on the benefits of dynamic modeling and Compressed Sensing (CS) techniques in addressing the challenges of big data applications. Contributions in the following areas are highly encouraged: real-time and streaming data analytics, adaptive learning and model evolution, particularly in concept drift, and applications of CS in time-varying and dynamic systems. This session will bring together researchers and industry experts to discuss the latest innovations, challenges, and opportunities in discussed and related fields, including applying dynamic modeling techniques to big data problems.

TOPICS OF INTEREST

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
  • Real-time and streaming data analytics
  • Adaptive learning and model evolution (concept drift)
  • Compressed Sensing techniques in distributed control
  • Time-varying and dynamic systems
